Are children invited?

Yes! We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with all our favorite people — big and small! Kids are absolutely welcome, so bring the whole family and let’s make some beautiful memories together.

Is there a room block?

Yes. We have a room block available at the Colonial Hotel, located at 625 Betty Spring Rd, Gardner, MA 01440. When booking, make sure to call the hotel directly at 978-630-2500 and refer to the "Martell-Hooper Offsite Wedding Block" to receive the discounted rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and from my hotel?

Yes - there will be a shuttle for guests staying at the Colonial Hotel. Uber and Lyft are hard to book in this area, so please make sure to take advantage of this service. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel for a 4:30 pm pick up.

Is everything in the same location?

No. The wedding ceremony takes place at our church, Our Lady of Grace Worshipping at St. James Church, Groton, MA and the reception is a 40 minute drive, South/West to our venue, Harrington Farm in Princeton, MA

Is there parking at the venues?

Yes. There is parking at both St. James Church and Harrington Farm.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. Steven and I do not want our guests to worry about a thing, so as part of our thank you for joining us, please please PLEASE don't have any reservations with what you order at the bar. Come thirsty.

What if I don't drink alcohol?

Not drinking? No problem at all — we’ll have delicious mocktails and a cozy coffee bar complete with a barista waiting just for you. Everyone’s welcome to raise a glass, whatever’s in it!

How early can I arrive at Harrington Farm?

Our event officially starts at 5:00 pm with a cocktail hour.

What should I wear?

Formal attire with a Valentine’s twist. Gowns and suits welcome, especially in rich romantic tones like burgundy, blush, or classic black with red accents.

What if it snows?

Unless a 'State of Emergency' is called, the wedding is still on! Love, like the weather, stops for nothing.

Is there a wedding registry?

No, we chose not to have a registry.
